She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Maryland, College Park in 2001, before earning her Juris Doctor from Rutgers School of Law in 2004. While at Rutgers, she actively cultivated her legal acumen through Moot Court participation and demonstrated a commitment to community service with the Pro Bono Bankruptcy Clinic. Her inherent strength in trial advocacy emerged during this period, cementing her path towards a litigation-focused career.

Ms. Fisher built a critical and invaluable foundation for her defense work during her tenure as an Assistant State’s Attorney in Maryland. In this capacity, she prosecuted a diverse array of criminal cases in both District and Circuit Courts.
